About Kilimanjaro Mountain
Kilimanjaro is the highest free standing mountain in the world. This mountain is formed from several volcanic activities although it’s now a dormant volcano with no possibility to erupt again.
When climbing Mt Kilimanjaro from its bottom you will experience five zones which are cultivation zone, rain forest, moorland, alpine desert and ice glaciers. Its vegetation reminds you of a walk from the Equator to the North Pole taking you through the Equatorial, Savannah, Desert, and Ice Glaciers in the North Pole. You can experience rainfall anytime of the year although the main rain season is in the months of March, April and November.
